Conditions for withdrawing annual courses
children and teenagers

Sometimes we don't get along. Sorry, but we hope to remain friends. If you, as a parent, wish to withdraw your child (or you, as a teenager, wish to withdraw) from debateX courses, you must notify us in writing at debatex@ardor-muntenia.ro at least 7 days in advance workers before the date of termination of participation. Depending on the corresponding situation, the mentions below will apply.

 

• If you wish to withdraw before the start of the course, we will fully refund the amount paid;

• If you wish to withdraw after the start of the course, you can do so up to session 3 by sending an email to debatex@ardor-muntenia.ro. In case of withdrawal before session 3, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded;

• Withdrawal requests are no longer accepted after the third session of the semester and in such situations the amount paid will not be refunded.

Sometimes we don't get along. Sorry, but we hope to remain friends. If you wish to withdraw from debateX courses, you must notify us in writing at debatex@ardor-muntenia.ro at least 5 working days before the date of termination of participation. Depending on the corresponding situation, the mentions below will apply.

If you want to withdraw before the start of the course with 5 days, we will fully refund the amount paid;

If you wish to withdraw after the start of the course, you can do so after the first session by sending an email to debatex@ardor-muntenia.ro. In case of withdrawal before session 2, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded;

Withdrawal requests are no longer accepted after the second session of the course and in such situations the amount paid will not be refunded.
