Teodor represented Romania at the World Debating Championship (WSDC) twice, and now he is part of the coaching team of the Romanian National Debating Team. Currently studying Humanities, Social and Political Sciences atUniversity of Cambridge, is a coach of the debating club of the "Gheorghe Lazăr" National College in Bucharest and a member of the Cambridge debating club, with which he is preparing to participate in the World Universities Debate Championship.

As a debater, Alina won two national championships and reached the Grand Finals of 5 other tournaments. As a trainer, he has worked in the last 9 years with hundreds of students and debate instructors and teachers from all over Romania and Moldova, and has contributed since high school to the establishment of new debate clubs. Alina has coordinated numerous educational events for students, instructors and teachers, as Main Organizer, Training Director or Tour Director, and now she isDirector of Training at ARDOR Muntenia, the organization that runs the debateX courses.

Călin studies Philosophy, Politics and Economics atLondon School of Economics, leading university in the social sciences. Through debates, he was able to rigorously address academically relevant topics but briefly covered in the school curriculum, and to develop his critical and analytical thinking, both of which are essential in the social sciences. Therefore, he believes that debate has played, and continues to play, an essential role in his evolution. Călin has been with the debate movement since 2016, and wants to give future generations the chance he had.
